The answers to 7 and 10 may well cause debate, which would be interesting.

1. 15 metres in from touch opposite the place where Dallaglio punched the ball.

3. 24 metres from the Australian line, 15 metres from touch.
4. Where Tuqiri advanced, i.e. nine metres inside the Australian half.
5. Five metres from the England line, seven metres from the touch-line
6. At the middle of the half-way line.
7. At the nearest off-side player but at least 15 metres in from touch.
8. At the position of Steve Thompson or anywhere behind it.
9. Anywhere along the 22, at England's choice.
10. 21 metres from the England line.
