Minutes from a recent Argentina Rugby Union (UAR) committee meeting reveal that New Zealand won the rights to host the 2011 Rugby World Cup by a single vote - and that Argentina, who voted for South Africa in the first round, switched its support to New Zealand in the hope of future favours.
