Saracens romped to a 33-12 Aviva Premiership win over Exeter at Sandy Park on Saturday.
Saracens ruined Exeter's homecoming as they inflicted a fourth straight league defeat on the Chiefs.
Three successive defeats on the road at London Irish, Leeds Carnegie and Bath - plus an enforced two-week break for Cup competitions - meant this was the Chiefs' first outing at home for six weeks.
But there was to be no change in their fortunes at Sandy Park as Saracens gained revenge for a 23-9 defeat when the two sides met back in October.
Saracens opened up a 13-0 lead inside 21 minutes thanks to a couple of penalties from Alex Goode and a try from Chris Wyles, which Goode converted.
Wyles went over after Brad Barritt charged down an attempted clearance kick from Jason Shoemark and gathered the loose ball to feed the USA international.
Shoemark atoned for his error, though, when he got on the end of a sweeping move to go in at the corner and keep the Chiefs in touch at half-time.
Araft of substitutions disrupted the flow of the game after the interval and a penalty from Goode was the only score of the third quarter.
Owen Farrell's drop goal extended the visitors' lead further, and the game was over as a contest when Noah Cato rounded two men to touch down in the corner.
A third try followed minutes later when the forwards drove 10 metres to the line and replacement Rhys Gill got the final touchdown. Goode again converted.
aracens pushed hard for the try bonus point, but the Chiefs had the final word when Sireli Naqelevuki scored a last-gasp try that was improved by Ignacio Mieres.
