Treviso have announced the loan signing of young Scottish prop D'arcy Rae, who joins the struggling Guinness PRO12 side from Glasgow.
BT Sport Scottish Rugby Academy Stage 3 player, Rae, 20, will play for the Italian side until the end of January to gain first-team minutes.
Before leaving, Scotland U20 prop Rae said: "This is a chance to play first-team professional rugby, away from home and it'll be a great experience.
"It's a big challenge but also a great opportunity.
"I'm desperate to play as much rugby as possible, at the highest level and going to Italy will hopefully give me an opportunity to do that."
