November is here and that means cross-hemisphere rivalries will be the order of the month as a great deal of options fill the mind of our Tipster.
Once again it was another hot and cold week for our man with the financial plan as his Banker of Drew Mitchell to score at anytime came good. But unfortunately Bryan Habana was one of fifteen Western Province players whose minds seemed to have stayed in Cape Town as the Sharks won the Currie Cup final well in the end.
Upon publishing this, the 2010 ITM Cup has also just ended for another year with Canterbury going three block in New Zealand in a result led by outgoing ten Colin Slade, while Thursday saw the first game of this season's LV= Cup (like it or hate it) and a full schedule of Top 14 action.
Right that is enough of club rugby though as this month is all about the international game. New Zealand and Australia will fancy their chances of taking wins in all their fixtures while South Africa will be less confident following their centre stocks being depleted substantially over the past seven days. A full-back at number thirteen?
Openers see the All Blacks in London, the Wallabies in Cardiff and the Boks in Dublin, with the latter seeming the most likely for a home nation to win. Although, there's still a strong pack named by Peter de Villiers so it won't be easy for Ireland.
Plenty on the line for then as we wipe the slate clean with our Tipster looking to make you some extra cash. Click here to compare odds on Rugby Union with Oddschecker.com
Banker of the week
New Zealand have tinkered somewhat after their defeat in Hong Kong as Sonny Bill Williams, Hosea Gear, Alby Mathewson and Sam Whitelock come in. But the big question is, how will they respond to their first defeat to their trans-Tasman rivals in eleven fixtures?
Opponents England are finally moving in the right direction - their victory in Australia proving that - and home advantage should see them at least challenge the world's number one side. That is why I am backing them on their +13-point handicap as the likes of Toby Flood, Tom Croft, Ben Foden, Chris Ashton, and Ben Youngs should be a lively threat at HQ.

Worth a shot
Those who have not watched the recent Currie Cup competition will know precious little about South African finisher Bjorn Basson. You certainly will know him on Saturday...
21 tries the winger has scored in the Griquas' 14 games this season and that is even more impressive seeing that the men from Kimberley finished in sixth spot.
For that reason I am backing him to open the scoring in Dublin at a very tasty 14/1!
