Challenge Cup quarter-finalists settled

After the second Leg of Round 2 of the European Challenge Cup, the eight quarter-finalists are decided. Agen and Pau only just scraped in. They, Saracens and Connacht made it on a better aggregate of points.

The teams going through to the quarter-finals, to be played in two legs on 7-9 January 2005 and 14-16 January are: Agen, Brive, Clermont Auvergne, Connacht, Grenoble, Pau, Sale Sharks and Saracens.
