If want to watch rugby in Germany, your best bet is Sky Sports. You need to have a SKY contract which is registered for and paid for in the United Kingdom. Eurosport shows some European rugby live but not much else. 
 
In the capital Berlin, the Irish Pub on Gisebrechtstrasse in Charlottenburg has Sky sports.

In Cologne, the Irish Pub Jamesons on Friesenstrasse showing English league, Heineken European Cup, Super 12, Six Nations, TriNations, Lions Tours and World Cup 2003. Jamesons is also a supporter of the local ASV Cologne Crusaders.

If you are in Frankfurt, pubs with Sky are the Irish Pub in Saxenhausen and the Fox and Hound on Westend Strasse which is off Mainzer Landstrasse. Also the MacGowans pubs on the Bergerstrasse and Zeil. 

In Freiberg, O'Kellys bar behind the University Library show all Six Nations games and some Heineken Cup also.

There is also a pub called O'Rileys which is opposite the Haupbahnhof (main train station) in Frankfurt. It has 3 large projector screens and shows all major rugby fixtures.
 
In the Bavarian capital Munich, the Outback Pub, Weissenberger Platz No. 3 has Sky Sports. There's also the Shamrock Irish Pub, Trautenwolfstrasse 6, Schwabing. We're told there's a great atmosphere, and loads of Irish and Brits, including Irish bands!

In Nürnberg, one place to watch international rugby alongside the local RFC is The Druid Gaelic pub in the Weißgerbergasse.  Another pub with Sky would be Finnigans near the central station.
