Australia internationals are transmitted live by Channel 7 in the provincial centres of Darwin, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide. While a 30 minute delay is needed for Perth watchers.

Fox Sports also shows them on delay, while all other Tri Nations tests (NZ V South Africa) are shown LIVE on FOX.

For 2001 all Super 12 matches are broadcast exclusively on Fox Sports ... most of them are LIVE although occasionally time differences between Australia,New Zealand and South Africa mean two matches overlap and therefore cannot be shown live (eg when Daylight Saving finishes in NZ but is still in place in Australia etc).

This year Fox Sports has put together it's own commentary team consisting of experts like Phil Kearns, Greg Martin and Nick Farr-Jones. Greg Clark is the main caller.

Fox Sport transmits a weekly rugby magazine show 'Inside Rugby' every Thursday during the season at 8.30pm. Queensland and NSW club rugby is shown live weekly on state owned terrestrial channel ABC in Brisbane and Sydney.
